I've always been inspired by honest moments.
They are there the one second, and the next moment they're gone.
So many times in life we wish to go back to that 'one moment', that one feeling...This is the exact reason I've chosen photography all those years ago.
I want to remind people of those moments.
I want to show them that "YES" you really looked THAT GOOD on your wedding day.
"YES", your bestie really pulled that face when she caught the bouquet!
And, "YES" uncle John really has "those" dance moves...
I want to capture it all, I want to savor all these little forever moments...

MY PHILOSOPHY

As a young girl I always loved to page through my parents- and grandparents photo albums...
It made me feel included in their younger years.
I watched how they fell in love, how they looked in their uniform and how they lived.
Obviously the wedding photos are the best part about these albums; the puffy sleeves, traditional wedding cake and old historic churches...
Whenever I shoot a wedding, I remind myself that these are the images this couple will show to their grandkids when they are old and grey.
My philosophy is thus, to tell the story of NOW.

My approach to wedding is documentary style.
I will be there to help you navigate smoothly through the day, while ensuring that all your memories are captured.
Your bridesmaids teary eyes when you show them your dress, your husbands face when you walk down the aisle, your grandma boogie-ing on the dance floor; these are all at the top of my capture list!
I will be running the 'behind the scenes' route and hype the two of you at the right moments.
My aim is to make you feel safe and relaxed on your wedding day.

When I'm not busy taking pictures of people, I'm busy taking pictures of my husband, my 2 cats, the outdoors, sunsets and hidden cabins.
I love doing life with my adventurous, "energy x 100000" times husband!
We love trying out new recipes and arguing about ' who made it better' .
We love being outdoors; whether we run, hike or just enjoy nature around an open fire - everything is better outside.
We are coffee addicts and own WAY TOO MUCH coffee related things...
We love to adventure, Period.
That's exactly why we love fun, adventurous couples that want to elope in beautiful places.
